Based in Miami. Working with healthcare organizations nationally.
Close enough to sit in the room when that is what the work needs, and set up to run engagements anywhere in the United States when it isn’t.
Why the location matters, and where it doesn’t.
Alexandra is based in Miami. For South Florida organizations that means in-person and on-site work is genuinely practical rather than theoretical — contracting meetings, discovery interviews and team sessions can all happen face to face.
For organizations elsewhere it matters less than you might expect. One-to-one executive coaching works well virtually, and many engagements run entirely that way. The practice is deliberately not limited to a single metropolitan market.
Three ways engagements run.
In person, South Florida
For leaders and teams across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Best suited to contracting conversations, team discovery and facilitated sessions where being in the room changes what gets said.
On site, nationally
For team and board engagements outside Florida, where the work is concentrated into on-site blocks with virtual coaching in between. Travel is scoped and costed in the proposal rather than added later.
Virtual, anywhere in the US
For one-to-one executive coaching and transition work. Often the more practical option for senior leaders, because it removes the travel that causes sessions to be cancelled.
A diverse and multilingual healthcare environment.
South Florida’s healthcare workforce and patient population are among the most linguistically and culturally diverse in the country. For leaders here, influencing across difference is not an occasional skill — it is most of the job, every day, across clinical and non-clinical teams alike.
That shapes what leadership development needs to address locally: how a leader is understood, not just what they intended; how decisions land across groups with genuinely different assumptions; and how to build a team where candour is possible across those differences.
